The Speed-o-Limiter provides a digital speedo readout in
large, easy to read digits, with an accuracy of 0.1 km/ph. The
control module is easy to program, and can be calibrated within
minutes with the hand held controller. The over-speed warning
or speed limiting is adjustable in 0.5 increments.
Outputs are provided for Fuel Control and Buzzer/Light warnings
to make the SOL not just a Speed Limiter, but can also be used
as an over-speed warning system. An anti-tamper circuit assists
in preventing unauthorised access and by-pass attempts
Speed-o-Limiter fits easily to LPG, petrol, and electric vehicles,
and does not affect the hydraulic controls of forklifts as the
speed limiting is activated only when the vehicles goes over its
preset speed. |

The SOL-M also has the provision to connect a “Pulse Multiplier”
to increase the signal to the module where a strong speed
sensing is not present such as reading from a wheel sensor, or
any other device that may not provide enough data to the
controller. |
